How to return your order
Pack your itemsPlace the product(s) in the original MOI È ME packaging. Make sure items are unused with seals intact.
Fill in the return formComplete the return form included in your shipment with your order number and email address.
Seal the packageClose and seal the box securely so your products arrive safely at our warehouse.
Drop off at a service pointBring your package to a DHL ServicePoint or PostNL location near you. You’ll receive a proof of return — keep this safe.
Receive your refundOnce we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 14 business days.

How long do I have to return my order?
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to register a return. After registering, you have an additional 30 days to ship the items back to us. This gives you plenty of time to decide at your own pace.
Which products cannot be returned?
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened personal care or hygiene products, custom-made sample sets, and gift vouchers. If a product arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us — we’ll always find a solution.
What condition must items be in?
Products must be unused and undamaged, with the original packaging and any seals fully intact. We ask this to ensure quality for all our customers and to minimise waste — something we care about deeply at MOI È ME.
Is returning free?
Yes — if your return meets our conditions, it’s completely free. If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we’ll also reimburse your shipping costs.
How will I receive my refund?
Your refund will be processed via the same payment method you used for the original order. iDEAL, credit card and PayPal refunds are processed within 14 business days. Voucher payments are refunded as a new voucher with the same value. Processing times may vary slightly depending on your bank.
What if my product arrived damaged?
Please email us at service@moieme.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund — including shipping costs — as quickly as possible.
