We ship quickly and carefully, offering clear delivery options and transparent rates.
If you place your order before 5:00 PM (CET) on a business day, it will be shipped the same day (see regions and carriers below).

Delivery Options

You can select your preferred delivery method at checkout under “Shipping address” or “Delivery method.”

  • Home delivery (standard)
  • Delivery to your workplace
  • Send to someone else – ideal for gifts! Choose “New shipping address” and enter the recipient’s address.
    We never include an invoice in the box — only a delivery note and a return form (if applicable).
  • Pick-up point delivery – choose a PostNL point (NL) or a DPD Pickup Point (BE/DE/LU/EU), depending on availability in your region.
    Tip: During checkout, you’ll see the next available delivery date and — where possible — the option to select your preferred pick-up point.

  • Delivery time: 2–4 working days
  • Shipping cost: €25.00
  • Free shipping on orders over €150.00
  • Carrier: DPD

Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Slovenia, Slovakia

  • Delivery time: 2–4 working days
  • Shipping cost: €50.00
  • Free shipping on orders over €250.00

Delivery Times

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM on business days are shipped the same day.
  • Indicative delivery times per region are listed above. During busy periods with our carriers (PostNL/DPD), deliveries may occasionally take longer.
  • Orders containing items from different warehouses may be shipped in multiple parcels.
    You’ll receive a separate tracking link for each shipment.

 

Track & Trace

Once your order has been processed, you’ll automatically receive a shipping confirmation with a Track & Trace link so you can follow your parcel’s journey in real time.

Pick-Up Points (PostNL / DPD)

Choose a pick-up point near you during checkout.
Please make sure your selected location accepts return parcels — you can check this under “Services” for each location.

Sending a Gift

Would you like to surprise someone?
Choose “New shipping address” at checkout and enter the recipient’s details.
We’ll send the order beautifully packed — without any invoice — only a delivery note and return form.

Out-of-Stock or Delayed Items

If an item is unexpectedly out of stock or delayed, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.
Any (partial) refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for your order.
