Terms & Conditions – Moi è Me

Welcome to Moi è Me. These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made via moieme.com and form the basis of the agreement between you (the “Customer”) and The C of Cosmetics B.V., trading as MOI È ME.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Definitions

In these terms: Entrepreneur / Seller: The C of Cosmetics B.V., trading as Moi è Me

Customer: The natural person not acting for commercial or professional purposes.

Cooling-off period: The 14-day period during which the Customer may withdraw from the contract without giving reasons.

Distance contract: A purchase agreement concluded between Moi è Me and the Customer via moieme.com using remote communication (such as a website).

Right of withdrawal: The Customer’s right to withdraw from a distance contract within the cooling-off period.

Durable medium: Any means that allows the Customer or Moi è Me to store information for future reference, such as email.

2. Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to every offer, order, and distance contract between Moi è Me and the Customer. Before confirming your order, you will have access to this document, which can be saved or printed for your records.

If specific product or service conditions apply, those shall prevail only when they are more favorable to the Customer.

3. Our Offer

We take care to present all products, descriptions, and images accurately. Obvious errors or misprints do not bind Moi è Me. Each offer includes clear information on:

  • Product details and price (including taxes)

  • Delivery costs, timing, and conditions

  • Your right of withdrawal

All offers are subject to availability.

4. The Agreement

The purchase agreement is concluded when you accept our offer and complete the payment process. Once your order is received, we will confirm it by email. If we cannot fulfill your order (for example, due to stock issues), we will notify you and refund any payment within 14 days.

All electronic transactions are secured with appropriate encryption and payment safety measures.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices on moieme.com are shown in euros (€) and include VAT. Delivery costs are shown separately before checkout. We accept the following payment methods:

  • iDEAL

  • Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

  • PayPal

  • Klarna and other local methods where available

Payment must be completed before the order is processed. If payment fails or is reversed, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

6. Delivery

We ship via reliable carriers such as PostNL and DPD. Delivery times are indicated during checkout and depend on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Risk and ownership transfer to you upon delivery of the parcel to the address provided.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please inform us via email at service@moieme.com and return your items within 30 days of your notice.

Returns are accepted if:

  • Items are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • The seal has not been broken for hygiene products.

  • Custom sample sets and vouchers cannot be returned.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt of the return, using the same payment method.

8. Exceptions to Withdrawal

You cannot return:

  • Opened or used cosmetic and skincare items for hygiene reasons.

  • Custom-made or personalized sets.

  • Vouchers or promotional codes.

9. Complaints & Product Issues

If something isn’t right, please contact our support team immediately via service@moieme.com. We will respond within 14 days. If your product is damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace or refund it at no cost.

10. Warranty

All MOI È ME products are subject to legal warranty under Dutch and EU consumer law. A product must meet reasonable expectations of quality and performance.

11. Liability

MOI È ME is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use of products. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

12. Governing Law

All purchases and agreements made via moieme.com are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in The Netherlands.
