Please register your return within 14 days of receiving the item. After registration, you have 30 days to send it back.
You can submit a return or cancellation request through your customer account. Sign in, open the relevant order and choose the available return or cancellation option. You can also contact service@moieme.com by email.
Handle the item and packaging with care. You may inspect the item as you would in a shop. You may be responsible for a reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to assess it. Keep the receipt or other proof of purchase. The exception for unsealed hygiene products is explained below.
To start a return, contact service@moieme.com. Before sending a parcel, ask us at this email address for the correct return address.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send the parcel. Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us immediately if an item is faulty or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the issue.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalised, goods that deteriorate quickly, or sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons when their seal has been broken after delivery. The hygiene exception applies only where you were informed before purchase and the item was supplied sealed. Contact service@moieme.com if you have questions about an item.
Sale items have the same statutory withdrawal rights.
Exchanges
The quickest way to obtain the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the replacement separately.
Statutory 14-day cooling-off period in the EU
Regardless of the above, if goods are shipped to the European Union, you may cancel your order or register a return within 14 days, for any reason and without explaining why. After registering the return, you have 30 days to send the item back. The handling requirements and applicable statutory exceptions described above apply.
Refunds
We will reimburse the amount due within 14 calendar days after you notify us that you are withdrawing from the purchase. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that you sent them back, whichever happens first.
If you withdraw from the entire order, the refund includes the standard outbound delivery costs. Any extra cost for a more expensive delivery method is not refunded. Outbound delivery costs are not refunded for a partial return.
We refund the same payment method you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise, without an additional refund fee. Your bank or payment provider may need time to post the payment. For questions about a refund, contact service@moieme.com.

Retinol: (Vitamin A) increases skin firmness, reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, improves skin tone, reduces age spots and refines skin texture. It has an exfoliating effect on the epidermis, eliminating dead cells, stimulating cell renewal and boosting radiance. Helps to fight free radicals (especially those induced by UV rays) and acts on the regulation of melanocytes—the cells that pigment the skin causing brown spots. It is also anti-inflammatory.
Retinol increases epidermal proliferation and stimulates the production of collagen, elastin and fibronectin. It increases the level of glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) and the number of Langerhans cells, and decreases the activity of collagenase and gelatinase (MMPs), helping to decrease collagen breakdown. By stimulating the production of collagen and elastin, the ‘structuring’ elements of the skin, retinol helps to improve firmness and elasticity, while boosting its hyaluronic acid content.

Oat Derivative Compound: a patented compound inspired by the study of oat, renowned for its calming and soothing properties.
Squalene (Plant Sugar-Derived): the most powerful emollient moisturiser. Provides a luxuriously silky texture.
Vitamin E: provides antioxidant protection against free radicals, improves skin barrier function and elasticity.

Retinol has been scientifically proven to work on the surface of the epidermis, eliminating dead skin cells and stimulating cell renewal. A powerful antioxidant, it also helps to fight against free radicals (UV rays and LED blue light) and to block the pigmentation of cells which results in brown spots.

How to use
Apply a small amount of Dr Sebagh Retinol Night Repair to perfectly cleansed skin.
Do not mix with Pure Vitamin C Powder Cream (use this as part of your morning routine, and apply your retinol at night).
If your skin is sensitive or you have not used retinol before, Dr Sebagh recommends using Retinol Night Repair twice a week to begin with, gradually increasing the frequency of use as your skin’s tolerance develops. This product can be used up to five times a week. As retinol makes skin more sensitive to light, it is recommended to protect the skin with an SPF the morning after use. A small amount of skin shedding and redness may occur to begin with and is normal. If peeling continues, reduce the frequency.
