Please register your return within 14 days of receiving the item. After registration, you have 30 days to send it back.
You can submit a return or cancellation request through your customer account. Sign in, open the relevant order and choose the available return or cancellation option. You can also contact service@moieme.com by email.
Handle the item and packaging with care. You may inspect the item as you would in a shop. You may be responsible for a reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to assess it. Keep the receipt or other proof of purchase. The exception for unsealed hygiene products is explained below.
To start a return, contact service@moieme.com. Before sending a parcel, ask us at this email address for the correct return address.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send the parcel. Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us immediately if an item is faulty or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the issue.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalised, goods that deteriorate quickly, or sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons when their seal has been broken after delivery. The hygiene exception applies only where you were informed before purchase and the item was supplied sealed. Contact service@moieme.com if you have questions about an item.
Sale items have the same statutory withdrawal rights.
Exchanges
The quickest way to obtain the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the replacement separately.
Statutory 14-day cooling-off period in the EU
Regardless of the above, if goods are shipped to the European Union, you may cancel your order or register a return within 14 days, for any reason and without explaining why. After registering the return, you have 30 days to send the item back. The handling requirements and applicable statutory exceptions described above apply.
Refunds
We will reimburse the amount due within 14 calendar days after you notify us that you are withdrawing from the purchase. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that you sent them back, whichever happens first.
If you withdraw from the entire order, the refund includes the standard outbound delivery costs. Any extra cost for a more expensive delivery method is not refunded. Outbound delivery costs are not refunded for a partial return.
We refund the same payment method you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise, without an additional refund fee. Your bank or payment provider may need time to post the payment. For questions about a refund, contact service@moieme.com.

How to use
Professional Foot File: Use on dry feet before you bath or shower, on areas of thickened, calloused, or dehydrated skin of the feet. Concentrate on the heels, the balls of the feet, beside the big toe and areas of weight-bearing. Leaves skin smooth and callus free. Use twice a week. Wash after use with a damp nail brush and dab dry. Once worn, peel back and dispose of old pads and replace with new self-adhesive pads by pressing firmly into position on the file. Do not over-grip the file.
Intensive Treatment Foot Oil: To use, spray all over the feet and gently massage into the skin and nails. Use daily for over dry feet or twice a week as part of a treatment regime. The foot oil can also be used to create a home foot spa. To do this, fill a large bowl with warm water and spray 4 pumps of the Margaret Dabbs London Intensive Treatment Foot Oil into the water. This will relax you, it will also hydrate your skin and nails, will ease tension, reduce inflammation of the bones and joints and will also give the lovely aromatic scent of Lemon Myrtle which will fill your room.
Replacement Foot Pads: To change worn replacement foot pads, peel back the used pad and replace with new self-adhesive replacement, pressing firmly into position on the file. Clean foot file with a damp nail brush, and dab dry with a towel. Do not immerse or leave foot file in water.
