Please register your return within 14 days of receiving the item. After registration, you have 30 days to send it back.
You can submit a return or cancellation request through your customer account. Sign in, open the relevant order and choose the available return or cancellation option. You can also contact service@moieme.com by email.
Handle the item and packaging with care. You may inspect the item as you would in a shop. You may be responsible for a reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to assess it. Keep the receipt or other proof of purchase. The exception for unsealed hygiene products is explained below.
To start a return, contact service@moieme.com. Before sending a parcel, ask us at this email address for the correct return address.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send the parcel. Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us immediately if an item is faulty or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the issue.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalised, goods that deteriorate quickly, or sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons when their seal has been broken after delivery. The hygiene exception applies only where you were informed before purchase and the item was supplied sealed. Contact service@moieme.com if you have questions about an item.
Sale items have the same statutory withdrawal rights.
Exchanges
The quickest way to obtain the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the replacement separately.
Statutory 14-day cooling-off period in the EU
Regardless of the above, if goods are shipped to the European Union, you may cancel your order or register a return within 14 days, for any reason and without explaining why. After registering the return, you have 30 days to send the item back. The handling requirements and applicable statutory exceptions described above apply.
Refunds
We will reimburse the amount due within 14 calendar days after you notify us that you are withdrawing from the purchase. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that you sent them back, whichever happens first.
If you withdraw from the entire order, the refund includes the standard outbound delivery costs. Any extra cost for a more expensive delivery method is not refunded. Outbound delivery costs are not refunded for a partial return.
We refund the same payment method you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise, without an additional refund fee. Your bank or payment provider may need time to post the payment. For questions about a refund, contact service@moieme.com.
Description
Six defining fragrances that form the core of the Escentric Molecules universe. The Core Edit brings together six cult favourites from the fragrance brand that changed the course of modern perfumery. Presented in a luxurious silver box, each scent is housed in a new 10ml format designed for exploration, discovery and gifting.
Each miniature flacon is finished with an anodised aluminium cap, CNC-engraved with the signature circle motif. A precision screw-thread closure ensures a seamless, secure fit. Inside, discover six scents that have become icons of contemporary fragrance:
Escentric 01
Escentric 01 celebrates the hyper-abstraction of Iso E Super. Fresh, woody, and cocooning, Escentric 01 blends lime, pink pepper, jasmine bud, orris, and a balsamic musky base into a subtly radiant aura.
Escentric 02
Escentric 02 explores the many faces of perfume's most-prized aroma-molecule. If there were such a thing as an aromatic equivalent to a love potion, this scent would be it – long-lasting, smooth, seductive, with a marine-like muskiness.
Molecule 01
Molecule 01 consists of Iso E Super, pure and singular. This original cult-favourite skin scent has become an icon in modern perfumery, remaining as radical, disruptive and avant-garde as the day it was first bottled.
Molecule 02
Molecule 02 consists of Ambroxan, pure and singular. A fresh, almost mineral smoothness, which subtly expands to envelop you in olfactive layers of sensuous, sparkling molecules.
Molecule 01 + Patchouli
Molecule 01 + Patchouli consists of Iso E Super + Patchouli. A minimal fragrance for maximum impact. This nostalgic yet innovative blend of cedarwood and Patchouli Coeur is bound to intrigue everyone within the scent's reach.
Molecule 01 + Champaca
Molecule 01 + Champaca consists of Iso E Super + Champaca. Iso E Super blends with champaca absolute – one of perfumery’s richest, most faceted florals – revealing jasmine and orange blossom, hints of tea, and a soft creaminess that unfolds in waves.
