Damage and problems
Inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us immediately if an item is faulty or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the issue.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalised, goods that deteriorate quickly, or sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons when their seal has been broken after delivery. The hygiene exception applies only where you were informed before purchase and the item was supplied sealed. Contact service@moieme.com if you have questions about an item.
Sale items have the same statutory withdrawal rights.
Exchanges
The quickest way to obtain the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the replacement separately.
Statutory 14-day cooling-off period in the EU
Regardless of the above, if goods are shipped to the European Union, you may cancel your order or register a return within 14 days, for any reason and without explaining why. After registering the return, you have 30 days to send the item back. The handling requirements and applicable statutory exceptions described above apply.
Refunds
We will reimburse the amount due within 14 calendar days after you notify us that you are withdrawing from the purchase. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that you sent them back, whichever happens first.
If you withdraw from the entire order, the refund includes the standard outbound delivery costs. Any extra cost for a more expensive delivery method is not refunded. Outbound delivery costs are not refunded for a partial return.
We refund the same payment method you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise, without an additional refund fee. Your bank or payment provider may need time to post the payment. For questions about a refund, contact service@moieme.com.
Description
Balance and Dedication - The infatuating freshness of a radiant summer meadow and the chords of ripe lemons, with a juicy green nuance, unite to create a distinct yet unmistakable light breeze. Underlying notes of delicate amber and musk sensually intertwine the senses.
Estate comes in a gratuated mirrored flacon out of Italian glass with an exquisite multiplex birch lid.
How to use
Quick, easy and endless variety. A room spray provides an instant fragrance experience, just a few spritzes to perfume a room (or car, closet, hotel room) at once. The scent might vanish quicker than the fragrance of a diffuser. Which is perfect if you’re into variety and aromatherapy! For mornings uplifting scents (e.g., green, citrus notes), in the evening more relaxing or sensual fragrances (warm notes, such as amber, Oudh). Do consider the size of your room when spraying.
In the air.
Make sure to spray your home fragrance in the air, not directly to (fragile) upholstery, curtains or your skin.
