Please register your return within 14 days of receiving the item. After registration, you have 30 days to send it back.
You can submit a return or cancellation request through your customer account. Sign in, open the relevant order and choose the available return or cancellation option. You can also contact service@moieme.com by email.
Handle the item and packaging with care. You may inspect the item as you would in a shop. You may be responsible for a reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to assess it. Keep the receipt or other proof of purchase. The exception for unsealed hygiene products is explained below.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send the parcel. Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us immediately if an item is faulty or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the issue.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalised, goods that deteriorate quickly, or sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons when their seal has been broken after delivery. The hygiene exception applies only where you were informed before purchase and the item was supplied sealed. Contact service@moieme.com if you have questions about an item.
Sale items have the same statutory withdrawal rights.
Exchanges
The quickest way to obtain the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the replacement separately.
Statutory 14-day cooling-off period in the EU
Regardless of the above, if goods are shipped to the European Union, you may cancel your order or register a return within 14 days, for any reason and without explaining why. After registering the return, you have 30 days to send the item back. The handling requirements and applicable statutory exceptions described above apply.
Refunds
We will reimburse the amount due within 14 calendar days after you notify us that you are withdrawing from the purchase. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that you sent them back, whichever happens first.
If you withdraw from the entire order, the refund includes the standard outbound delivery costs. Any extra cost for a more expensive delivery method is not refunded. Outbound delivery costs are not refunded for a partial return.
We refund the same payment method you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise, without an additional refund fee. Your bank or payment provider may need time to post the payment. For questions about a refund, contact service@moieme.com.

This is a luxurious, all-in-one moisturiser with anti-ageing growth factors, pollution film and ceramides to restore the skin barrier. Ideal for combination skin.
Ceramide-like and Linoleic Acid to replenish and create a moisture-locking barrier on the skin and increase the level of moisture, obtained from bio-technology from stabilised Omega 6. Ceramides form approximately 50% of the structural lipids in the skin barrier, protecting it and retaining moisture. Applied topically, Ceramide-Like delivers these natural lipids, smoothing the rough, dry surface cells and sealing the skin’s barrier to trap moisture.
Hazalnut Ogliopeptides for improved firmness, tone and texture: rich in arginine, proline, glutamic acid and aspartic acid, to increase collagen neosynthesis and the level of epidermal lipids. Helps to restore firmer, better- toned skin tissue.
Hyaluronic Acid to moisturise: naturally present in the skin, this powerful hydrator acts like a biological sponge. It is capable of both attracting and retaining moisture within the epidermis.
Date Palm Kernel Extract: this potent antioxidant boasts many regenerating and protective ‘Ageing- Maintenance’ benefits. Helps to build collagen, reduce the appearance of lines and wrinkles and prevent premature ageing.
Biosaccharide Gum-4: provides anti-pollution bene ts, helping to protect skin against external aggressors. This polysaccharide, extracted from corn, forms a three- dimensional matrix which acts like a suit of armour and helps to shield the skin against atmospheric pollution.
