Please register your return within 14 days of receiving the item. After registration, you have 30 days to send it back.
You can submit a return or cancellation request through your customer account. Sign in, open the relevant order and choose the available return or cancellation option. You can also contact service@moieme.com by email.
Handle the item and packaging with care. You may inspect the item as you would in a shop. You may be responsible for a reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to assess it. Keep the receipt or other proof of purchase. The exception for unsealed hygiene products is explained below.
To start a return, contact service@moieme.com. Before sending a parcel, ask us at this email address for the correct return address.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send the parcel. Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us immediately if an item is faulty or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the issue.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalised, goods that deteriorate quickly, or sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons when their seal has been broken after delivery. The hygiene exception applies only where you were informed before purchase and the item was supplied sealed. Contact service@moieme.com if you have questions about an item.
Sale items have the same statutory withdrawal rights.
Exchanges
The quickest way to obtain the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the replacement separately.
Statutory 14-day cooling-off period in the EU
Regardless of the above, if goods are shipped to the European Union, you may cancel your order or register a return within 14 days, for any reason and without explaining why. After registering the return, you have 30 days to send the item back. The handling requirements and applicable statutory exceptions described above apply.
Refunds
We will reimburse the amount due within 14 calendar days after you notify us that you are withdrawing from the purchase. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that you sent them back, whichever happens first.
If you withdraw from the entire order, the refund includes the standard outbound delivery costs. Any extra cost for a more expensive delivery method is not refunded. Outbound delivery costs are not refunded for a partial return.
We refund the same payment method you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise, without an additional refund fee. Your bank or payment provider may need time to post the payment. For questions about a refund, contact service@moieme.com.

Supreme Day Cream takes daily protection against environmental damage to a new level. This pioneering, “Ageing-Maintenance” moisturiser helps to shield skin against High Energy Visible light (HEV/daylight), also emitted by laptops, tablets, mobile phones and LED lights and more. High Energy Visible light can be as damaging as the effects of UVA and UVB light combined. This triple-protecting, luxurious cream also contains a powerful blend of antioxidants to help defend skin against free radical damage and provides anti-pollution benefits. In addition, essential moisture is restored and water loss prevented, while a “tense and lift” complex and light-reflecting pigments provide an instant tightening effect and leave skin glowing. Antioxidants:
Resveratrol: the “Youth Molecule” found to have a visible effect on wrinkles, whilst providing powerfully effective antioxidant benefits.
Date Palm Kernel Extract: with triple antioxidant benefits help the skin to defend itself against free radical attack.
Diglucosyl Gallic Acid: a breakthrough derivative of gallic acid, a powerful anti- oxidant, which is only activated when applied to the skin.
Photo Protection:
Fractionated Melanin Compound: Designed to protect the skin from damaging High Energy Visible Light (HEV/daylight). This fractionated melanin compound is formulated to shield the skin from High Blue/Violet visible light.
Anti Pollution:
Bio Saccharine Gum-4: provides an active, protective film on the skin to help limit the effects of external aggressors such as UV rays, pollution, heavy metals and intensive use of surfactants in household and hygiene products.
Restore:
Safflower Oil: protects skin barrier integrity. Its ceramide lipids help to restructure cell layers in the epidermis.
Sesame Seed Oil: the high content of essential fatty acids maintains the integrity of skin’s barrier, whilst the presence of natural Vitamin E, a powerful anti-oxidant, naturally protects against oxidisation.
Rosa Canina Oil: rich in fatty acids to restore the integrity and function of the skin’s barrier.
Hydration:
Hyaluronic Acid & Rhizobian Gum: help to form a silky film on the surface of the skin, delivering moisture to the epidermis through their ability to retain moisture like a sponge.

How to use
In the morning, apply Supreme Day Cream to a perfectly cleansed face. For maximum benefit, combine with your choice of serum or serums, according to your skin type and specific concerns, from the Dr Sebagh Serum Bar. For full and complete HEV and UV protection on sunny days, follow with sunscreen.
