Please register your return within 14 days of receiving the item. After registration, you have 30 days to send it back.
You can submit a return or cancellation request through your customer account. Sign in, open the relevant order and choose the available return or cancellation option. You can also contact service@moieme.com by email.
Handle the item and packaging with care. You may inspect the item as you would in a shop. You may be responsible for a reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to assess it. Keep the receipt or other proof of purchase. The exception for unsealed hygiene products is explained below.
To start a return, contact service@moieme.com. Before sending a parcel, ask us at this email address for the correct return address.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send the parcel. Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us immediately if an item is faulty or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the issue.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalised, goods that deteriorate quickly, or sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons when their seal has been broken after delivery. The hygiene exception applies only where you were informed before purchase and the item was supplied sealed. Contact service@moieme.com if you have questions about an item.
Sale items have the same statutory withdrawal rights.
Exchanges
The quickest way to obtain the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the replacement separately.
Statutory 14-day cooling-off period in the EU
Regardless of the above, if goods are shipped to the European Union, you may cancel your order or register a return within 14 days, for any reason and without explaining why. After registering the return, you have 30 days to send the item back. The handling requirements and applicable statutory exceptions described above apply.
Refunds
We will reimburse the amount due within 14 calendar days after you notify us that you are withdrawing from the purchase. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that you sent them back, whichever happens first.
If you withdraw from the entire order, the refund includes the standard outbound delivery costs. Any extra cost for a more expensive delivery method is not refunded. Outbound delivery costs are not refunded for a partial return.
We refund the same payment method you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise, without an additional refund fee. Your bank or payment provider may need time to post the payment. For questions about a refund, contact service@moieme.com.

Innocence and Sobriety - The distinctive creation of delightful lily of the valley, rose, carnation and jasmine unites with a ravishing topnote of luscious bergamot, citrusy accents, cassis, grapefruit and gAlbanum. The delicate scent structure is based on a sensuous accord of white musk in combination with a noble basenote of sweet santal, tonka, vanilla and cinnamon bark.
The pure yet luxurious design of the glass has been innovatively decorated and doubly painted from within. The silver mirrored exterior look contrasts beautifully with the oversized, light reflecting, transparent glass bottom. The interior of the glass is deep black. The glass is capped with an exquisite and innovative velvet coated lid, embossed with a silver Linari logo, that can be used decoratively as a coaster for this and any of the other Linari scented candles or diffusers. The delicately scented candle from Linari is hand poured by one of the most famous candle producers. High quality wax has been created to allow an almost immediate fragrance diffusion as soon as the wax is warmed up. A unique product innovation is the patented MaxEssence® scenting system. It is a specially designed liquid fragrance of high performance that achieves a high efficient cold fragrance throw as well as a surprisingly intensive hot throw.
How to use
How to enjoy your beautiful scented candle to the max? Make sure to memorize these tips:
- Cut the wick regularly, up to 6 mm above the wax level. Even before the first burn. This will prevent excessive smoke and black stains on the glass.
- Allow the top layer of wax to fully melt, especially when burning it for the first time. This allows an even burn, all the way down to the bottom of the jar.
- Do not burn your candle for longer than 3 hours at a time. Once you’re halfway through, make it 2 hours.
- Re-centre the wick when the wax is still liquid (blow out the flame first though!).
Pedestal.
Put your scented candle on a pedestal (coaster, no glass or stone) to protect your furniture. Especially when the candle is almost finished it can be quite hot. Using a coaster prevents markings on the surface.
Keep away from…
Curtains, art, accessories. Accidents can happen. Make sure to put the candle on a safe place. And never ever leave a burning candle unattended.
Mix & match.
Create your own signature home fragrance by burning two different candles at the same time. Experiment and enjoy.
