Please register your return within 14 days of receiving the item. After registration, you have 30 days to send it back.
You can submit a return or cancellation request through your customer account. Sign in, open the relevant order and choose the available return or cancellation option. You can also contact service@moieme.com by email.
Handle the item and packaging with care. You may inspect the item as you would in a shop. You may be responsible for a reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to assess it. Keep the receipt or other proof of purchase. The exception for unsealed hygiene products is explained below.
To start a return, contact service@moieme.com. Before sending a parcel, ask us at this email address for the correct return address.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send the parcel. Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us immediately if an item is faulty or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the issue.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalised, goods that deteriorate quickly, or sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons when their seal has been broken after delivery. The hygiene exception applies only where you were informed before purchase and the item was supplied sealed. Contact service@moieme.com if you have questions about an item.
Sale items have the same statutory withdrawal rights.
Exchanges
The quickest way to obtain the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the replacement separately.
Statutory 14-day cooling-off period in the EU
Regardless of the above, if goods are shipped to the European Union, you may cancel your order or register a return within 14 days, for any reason and without explaining why. After registering the return, you have 30 days to send the item back. The handling requirements and applicable statutory exceptions described above apply.
Refunds
We will reimburse the amount due within 14 calendar days after you notify us that you are withdrawing from the purchase. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that you sent them back, whichever happens first.
If you withdraw from the entire order, the refund includes the standard outbound delivery costs. Any extra cost for a more expensive delivery method is not refunded. Outbound delivery costs are not refunded for a partial return.
We refund the same payment method you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise, without an additional refund fee. Your bank or payment provider may need time to post the payment. For questions about a refund, contact service@moieme.com.
Description
Escentric Molecules portables are 30ml fragrances that slot into sleek, minimalist cases for maximum portability. Each metal case is blasted with stainless steel ‘sand’ to burnish the surface to a soft lustre. It is then anodised for high durability.
The upper face of the Molecule 02 case lid is stamped with the letter m in binary code: 01101101 and the number 02.
Molecule 02 consists of the molecule AMBROXAN™ pure and singular.
AMBROXAN™ has a subtle sensual quality with a radiant, long-lasting drydown.
It is a crystal with a chemical structure identical to the ambrox derived from ambergris. For centuries ambergris was perhaps the most prized ingredient in perfumery. It is a somewhat mysterious substance expelled by the cachalot or sperm whale which only attains its fine scent after a long maturation floating in the ocean. Ambergris is rarely found these days, and the ‘amber’ in a modern fragrance will be a lab-created equivalent of some of the aroma-molecules that make up its scent. By far the finest of these is the nature-identical molecule, AMBROXAN™.
Ambergris was always valued for its refinement as well as its sensuality. This quality persists in AMBROXAN™. “It has a fresh almost mineral quality,” says perfumer, Geza Schoen, “that lingers into the drydown.”
Notes
The Molecule 02 fragrance is radically minimalist. It contains no odorants except the aroma-molecule, AMBROXAN™. Those customers who find the Molecule fragrances too subtle may wish to try the Escentric fragrances, which will always have a more powerful diffusion.
AMBROXAN™ was isolated from plant sources in 1950.

How to use
In order for you to fully enjoy your new fragrance: apply to warm zones, pulse points, where skin is generally somewhat thinner. On your wrists, the sides of your neck, back of your knees…Hair is also known as an excellent carrier of perfume – that’s why ‘team 2’ advocates applying perfume on the upper side of your fore arm. The tiny hairs on your skin ensure a beautiful sillage (provided the skin is well hydrated).
The cloud.
Are you a fan of the ‘perfume cloud’ to walk through to perfume your hair? Be sure to check the alcohol percentage in your fragrance, it might dry out your strands. Better look for a matching hair perfume. And always hold your breath while your head is in the cloud.
Body care & perfume.
Doesn’t your perfume last as long as you might expect? Make sure your skin is moisturized. Scent molecules tend to bind better to hydrated skin. So, make sure to apply a neutral body lotion or cream after bathing, before applying perfume.
Spoiled nose.
Do you hardly smell your signature scent anymore? Always check with someone else before over spritzing! Your nose might have become used to your signature scent.
Cuffing.
Never rub your wrists after applying perfume. This classic gesture does not enhance your perfume. Au contraire. The top notes fade and evaporate too quickly, you’ll miss out on the overall experience. So, let’s kick this habit!
