Please register your return within 14 days of receiving the item. After registration, you have 30 days to send it back.
You can submit a return or cancellation request through your customer account. Sign in, open the relevant order and choose the available return or cancellation option. You can also contact service@moieme.com by email.
Handle the item and packaging with care. You may inspect the item as you would in a shop. You may be responsible for a reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to assess it. Keep the receipt or other proof of purchase. The exception for unsealed hygiene products is explained below.
To start a return, contact service@moieme.com. Before sending a parcel, ask us at this email address for the correct return address.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send the parcel. Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us immediately if an item is faulty or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the issue.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalised, goods that deteriorate quickly, or sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons when their seal has been broken after delivery. The hygiene exception applies only where you were informed before purchase and the item was supplied sealed. Contact service@moieme.com if you have questions about an item.
Sale items have the same statutory withdrawal rights.
Exchanges
The quickest way to obtain the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the replacement separately.
Statutory 14-day cooling-off period in the EU
Regardless of the above, if goods are shipped to the European Union, you may cancel your order or register a return within 14 days, for any reason and without explaining why. After registering the return, you have 30 days to send the item back. The handling requirements and applicable statutory exceptions described above apply.
Refunds
We will reimburse the amount due within 14 calendar days after you notify us that you are withdrawing from the purchase. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that you sent them back, whichever happens first.
If you withdraw from the entire order, the refund includes the standard outbound delivery costs. Any extra cost for a more expensive delivery method is not refunded. Outbound delivery costs are not refunded for a partial return.
We refund the same payment method you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise, without an additional refund fee. Your bank or payment provider may need time to post the payment. For questions about a refund, contact service@moieme.com.

Affection and Transiency - Delicate cherry blossoms are accompanied by aspects of fruity accents of fresh grapefruit, red apple, aromatic plum and juicy pinaple. The heart note vernally flatters with a white-floral bouquet of lily of the valley, orange blossom and jasmine. The woody base note of cedar and sandalwood is perfectly rounded off by a faultless combination of vanilla, almond, Ambra and musky accords.
Inspired by the unique Japanese tradition of the cherry blossom celebration, Linari created the room fragrance Amarena in stringent cooperation with Japanese scent experts and European perfumers. The creation exquisitely reflects the ease and purity of the cherry blossom and echo’s the arRival of springtime.
Amarena is characterised by its beauty, the tactile qualities of the velvet and its uniqueness in the home fragrance market with the finest snow white coloured velvet. Predominantly used as a home fabric, the velvet symbolises the marriage of home and fragrance in the most pure and sensuous way.
The result is a perfectly designed object as well as an elite home fragrance. The exclusively brushed aluminium surface of the aluminium lid and luxurious label stands in contrast with the velvety surface of the Italian glass bottle. The exclusive black evaporating sticks emphasise the avant-garde look.
How to use
One of the greatest assets of diffusers is that they exude a constant scent to your room. This fragrance technique was created late last century and became very popular. Place the wooden sticks (reeds) in the bottle of home fragrance and wait a couple of hours until they absorb the juice. Turn the reeds daily. The absorbed fragrance evaporates from the reeds and perfumes the air by movement and air flow.
Internal conditions
High temperatures, low humidity, draught and even low air pressure affect the evaporation of the perfume and consequently the intensity of the scent. Make sure to have balanced indoor humidity levels (Your skin and hair will benefit too!). And don’t place the diffuser near a heater, as this will speed up the evaporation as well.
Control.
Do you find the scent experience a bit too intense? Turn the reeds less frequent. The fragrance will become more subtle at once.
